RETURNING AN ITEM

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first. Returns that have not been requested in advance will not be accepted. You have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be sent back within 28 days of approval.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Once received and checked, a refund will be issued to the payment method used at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Each order is prepared and packaged carefully to ensure it arrives in good condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@seedsforstory.com as soon as possible, ideally within 10 days of receipt, and include photographs.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover the cost of return postage.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different item, the simplest way is to return your order in line with our returns policy, and place a new order.
