DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are packed and dispatched from the UK with Royal Mail within 2 working days.

Dispatch takes place Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside of our control. UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch with 2nd Class post. First Class and Guaranteed Next Day options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.

If there are any unexpected delays, or if your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at hello@seedsforstory.com and we will do what we can to help.

When we take a short break, orders will be dispatched from the next stated working date. Orders placed during this time will be processed as soon as possible once we return.

At present, shipping is available within the UK only.

DELIVERY COST

UK delivery is free on orders over £15.

For orders under £15:

Royal Mail 2nd Class: £2.50 (2–4 working days)
Royal Mail 1st Class: £3.50 (1–3 working days)
Guaranteed Next Day delivery: £4 (order by 2pm for same-day dispatch. Delivered the next working day)
